KRCB donations – 501c3 donations – TAF - Don

  • TAF was the 501c3 entity that managed the donated fund to KRCB, but they will be dissolving at the end of this year.

  • The TDA has proposed that KRCB fund management be passed along to the Community Foundation of Henderson County, who manages the donated funds from the Rutherford Bound Capital Campaign.

  • The TDA has spoken with the Hickory Nut Gorge Foundation to manage these funds, but the directors do not feel that they can take on these efforts at this time.

  • If KRCB does elect to use CFHC’s services, the donation portal on the webpage will remain the same and all donations will remain tax-deductible with email and letter acknowledgements.
